we need two websites building from scratch and we are looking for someone to take control of the full operation. Both sites will have their main design template, slightly changed three times making 4 different layouts for each site,with a total of 8 layouts combined. examples for each layout will be provided as will sample sites and colour schemes. Their will be four text pages on each site and 16 category pages on each site (sounds big but each category only takes a minute to set up) both sites need to be run from their own server side admin areas, from where I can 1.make changes to each of the text pages. 2.add new items (via a new items form) and assign them to one of the 16 categores.on this form I will need to upload upto 6 images, which will be resized by the script and positioned.The purpose of these sites is to save time by just having to fill in a form for a new product in the admin area and when I press save the script auctomatically saves the page to one of the 16 categories. 3. set expiry dates, or countdown times in the admin areas, 4.update each of the items in the database. this admin area function works similar to that of the auction sites, however the sites appearance to a surfer is similar to www.london-contact.com/. As I mentioned we do need two seperate sites, the difference between the two apart from appearance and layouts is the addition of a banner which will need uploading with the rest of the info and positioning on the item page.and one of the sites needs a very basic logo. header tags provided, as is site optimization guidelines and requirements. Once built this script will be reused many times on similar sites in the coming months, so we are looking for a long term programmer/designer with whom we can work with on each of the future projects.( budgets for which will be higher than this).
