What I need is for someone to breed interactivity into a site that I will design as soon as a programmer signs on. The site will be very basic and will look a lot like the attached file (which is the layout for a previous site of ours). After completion, I should be able to update the site as needed without programming knowledge -- via Joomla/Mambo. Please see the attached file. In the big space to the right (where it says "latest story" and "other news" there needs to be different text on every page that can constantly be updated via Joomla/Mambo's interface. In the same big space, there also needs to be a message board on ONLY the message board page that I can (like the text on the other pages) update and moderate constantly without programming knowledge. The other interactive elements needed include one or two contact forms that, when completed, will send forms to my e-mail address from users of the site -- plus a login function on the main page that ties into the message board. Users should be able to login on any page to access the board, much like www.facebook.com All in all, this should be a very easy project for someone who knows what they're doing. Everything that is needed is as follows: 1.) The ability to update text in the big space area of the main page (and other pages) constantly via Joomla/Mambo. 2.) A message board that can be moderated and run constantly without PHP / programming knowlege. Also through Joomla/Mambo. 3.) Contact forms that will send me e-mails with the included forms' information to me. 4.) A login function available on every page that ties into the message board. That's all. Pretty straightforward. I'd also like e-mails from the chosen programmer, after the programming completion, teaching me how to update everything through Joomla/Mambo. The perfect candidate will work fast and work well, having the project done in one week's time after I send the completed design to him / her. Additional Info (Added 2/2/2006 at 22:42 EST)...
