Description:	I am looking to give the website http://tugboatlife.com a new look and feel. I kind of half assed it and I need some one rework the look, be able to finish existing modules (ex: finish populating all of the sections of the classified module.) Would like to utilize the blocks and modules that are availble to the fullest extent, and equal it out with ad space. Need to give the end user a way to blog "on" tugboatlife.com/community/username. This blog would need to be able to provide RSS feeds, and have good SEO for all pages.
