Description:

I need a reservation script built for a resort. There are 6 cabins so I want
people to be able to click on a thumbnail of 1 of the 6 cabins and then see a
larger pic of the cabin and a calendar so they can pick their reservation. The
reservation system can be very basic but it needs to work perfectly. It would be
best if the calendar had green boxes for available dates and red boxes for
already reserved
dates.
Once someone finds the dates that they want for a particular cabin
the customer would be prompted to enter all their information and
their credit card number and expiry date, plus the 3 digit number on
the back of the card. This information will be sent to the admin of
the site for processing in a secure manner. When a reservation is
being setup the system should be able to calculate a preset $ rate
and be able to then disallow any conflicting reservations for that
cabin and send an email to both the admin and the customer confirming.
I would like for an admin backend to be able to view current reservations
including all info on the reservation, cancel reservations, block out certain
dates that are not going to be avalailable and be able to set different prices
for each day. I would also like an admin option to charge a deposit amount or
the full
payment at the end of a reservation. This should be able to be toggled on or
off.
I would prefer that the script be in PHP and MySQL but it's not mandatory.
The script must be fully running and tested on my server before payment will be
made. No Escrow. Please check my feedback if you have any concerns.
I will require MSN contact every day for progress reports and question and
answer periods.
