This is a continuation of the following project that is closed

I want a script for a classified ad website. Ideally, I want it to be exactly
like what www.oneindia.com used to be like. But if you don't know what
www.oneindia.com used to be like, then I can settle for something that works or
function like www.craigslist.org
Important: Let me repeat, I do NOT want the www.oneindia.com format. I want the
OLD format for www.oneindia.com, not the format that we see right now. If you do
not know what www.oneindia.com used to look like, then I can settle something
that works like www.craigslist.org
Please read requirements carefully and bid ONLY if you are confident you can
deliver the finished product.
Requirements:
1) Want a classified ad script. The script has to be capable of doing what
craigslist does or function like what www.oneindia.com used to be like.
2) Deadline: hopefully no more than a few weeks.
3) The script can be run by php or MySQL database but it has to be able to
generate html pages when people look at the ads or posts on their browser. I
want the advetisements or posts to be generated in HTML format, similar to
Craigslist.
Each and every single ad or post should show up as an html page on the browser,
just like craigslist.

4) There should be an easy to use CONTROL PANEL which I can use to run the
script. Say if I need to add new categories, delete posts etc etc.
5) I will be creating most of the site's pages manually using HTML while
incorporating your script into my website through a control panel. I think
that's how it should work, am I right ?
6) An example of the home page I have in mind can be found at

only a couple links are activated just to give you an idea of what I am trying
to build. Basically, it will be similar to the set up www.craigslist.org has or
what www.oneindia.com used to have.
7) I should be able to add banners across the top, across the bottom, vertically
on the left hand side or vertically on the right side if I choose to. Either I
do this manually using HTML or through the control panel.
8) I should be able to PIN or anchor some of the posts or advertisements to the
top of the page if I choose to, so that these featured post will always appear
at the top of the screen for a particular category. For example, there should be
a feature that will allow me to pin a post at the top of a particular section in
the classifieds website.
9) To POST an advertisement in a particular category, people will use a form
similar to craigslist or what oneindia used to have.
However, I should have the option to ADD more fields if I choose to. For
example, I most definitely would like to add two more fields, one called WANTED
and one called OFFER so that the post or advertisement appear like the
following, each ad properly classified as either WANTED or OFFER

10) Same as craigslist, people have to provide a legitimate email address in
order to post an ad. Exact same process as craigslist, ie: people have to
confirm by email in order to get their ad published.
11) There should be a SEARCH function available.
12) There should be a FILTER that allows me to censor BAD or vulgar words
13) There should be a minimal of ongoing maintenance required after the script
is done.
14) The script should be flexible enough so that if I wish to make
modifications, add a field, delete a field, add a category, etc etc, it would be
easy enough to do through the control panel.
Not everything is as rigid as it sounds, I am flexible if you have a good
product to show me.
Please ask as many questions as you want before placing a bid. If you have prior
experience in creating classified ads website or creating a script for
classifieds website, that would be great. ASK LOTS OF QUESTIONS if you are not
clear what I am trying to do.
Last but not least, I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE IT IF YOU CAN SHOW ME A DEMO
PAGE, THAT WOULD HELP MY DECISION TREMENDOUSLY. THIS WAY I WILL HAVE A BETTER
IDEA WHAT YOU CAN OFFER.
