hi, i need a messageboard with a somewhat different registration system.
you can use any messageboard you like, (phpbb etc) but the difference is the
registration/post system.
it works like this:
If people want to POST a topic, the dont first have to fill out a whole
registration form. They instead immediately can submit their post, and enter
their username(email address or nick)/password.
If they DO NOT have a username(email address or nick) and password they can just
choose both by entering their email address and a chosen nick. Then they press
submit. if the username or email address is already taken, its shown ON THE SAME
PAGE. (so no new page), so the post stays visible and they can choose another
one.
If the username/pass is good, the post will be ON HOLD and an confirmation mail
is send to the submitted email address.
In the email theres a link people can click to validate their email address..
that also leads to the "FULL" registraion/profile page. Once the validation link
in the email is clicked the post will automatically posted on the board.
Thats it.Sounds weird, but i think its much easier to post that way.. it lowers
the threshold.

sorry, theres a change.
The first time people want to post a message (and they arent registered yet),
they can type the message and only have to fill out THREE fields: Username,
email address and password.
So instead of just 2 field, there are now 3 fields required.
