We need an order form just like the URL below. We need the different pages and the order progress. The form should be identical in design and function but in different page order. Also should have ability to place domain name order (does not need to be automated, but check if domain is available). Domain options to include, new, existing, or sub.hosting.com. http://secure.exaion.com/mod.php?mod=orders&phpcoinsessid=2f11ec407f29ff62c1bff825db0c1853 The form should have an admin area where the different plans can be set up to show on the order form. The form should be set up to allow payment via Paypal subscription, via 2checkout.com recurring payment, Check or Money Order. The order form should send the customer information to a database and an email to an email address set up in the admin area. The customer should be taken back to the site to a page set up in the admin. The form should allow a header and footer to be set up or changed in the admin. The form should be able to be called via a secure connection (https). We need full right to this form/script we will be providing this form to our clients. Go through the process of ordering using their form, as that is the perfect example of how I want my order form to be processed but in a little different order (1. Domain Selection 2. Account Information 3. Terms/AUP Agreement 4. Order Confirmation 5. Paypal/Checkout2, the return to thank you/processing order screen) Please do not bid if you have not taken the time to see how their order form works. Obviously do not complete their order process, but just take a test guide to as far as you can go without having to submit payment. If you can clone this form, then please bid.
