For example, if I need a list to be called: Vipers Game - then one would click on the "Vipers Game" link and then would list things like (that I obviously in an admin field assign): I need 4x bags of ice, 5x 6-Packs of Coke, 2x watermelons, 1x Parent Volunteer for clean up, etc... (the items should be linkable to pages) Then users can browse the list - then could enter there name, phone number and email: under the items for as many of them as they wanted, it would count off how many are left. the system would then email the person signing up with a link to verify on that one item or multiple items. This way I can put out there sign-up sheets - point the parents to the URL and they will see what we need in the different sign up sheets. I would like to be able to make them active or inactive (to appear or not), also put them in order by entering a number, so I can control the order they appear in. Hope this is clear and let me know if you know of any application like this or you are able to do this.
