Description:	I currently have the need for someone to fix my two contact forms on my website. I know it is a very simple task but im not to fimilliar with php so I dont know how to get the contact form to submit and get it to send to my email address. I have two contact forms that I need some help on. One is at this location: www.bulkpharm.com/contact.php the other is at www.bulkpharm.com/listingrequest.html the first url listed i am having a problem with getting the page to submit and send an e-mail to my email address the second url for some reason is asking me for a username and password. I don't want it to ask for a username and password. It also will not submit to my e-mail address. I know there are just a few small steps i am missing and I hope one of you can help.
