Description:	I need a way to limit download speeds per connection on my linux server. I'm using a PHP script for downloads and mod_bandwidth/mod_throttle do not work. The only option I can see is qdisc. I need a linux pro to give me the syntax to setup Qdisc to limit each connection to a certain speed and also limit max connections if possible. Thanks.
