open-source ad management program, on my web server. I need someone who has experience with this program to help me with the following: (1) to help me populate phpAdsNew with a couple of banner ads and HTML fragment ads, and to help me create some groups of pages within my web site, so I can narrow ads to run only in these groups, (2) to show me how I can do this myself, and (3) to provide me with a database of IP addresses that is compatible with phpAdsNew that will enable me to target ads by (a) country and (b) state/province (USA/Canada). NOTE: I realize there are web sites that sell such databases of IP addresses, and I am NOT interested in buying the database from them. I would like you to provide me with such a database of IP addresses, and for the cost of the database to be included in your bid for this work. Please also indicate to me in the PMB how much you would charge me for occasional updates to the database. NOTE: I am very price sensitive for this project, so please bid accordingly. If someone bids the right amount AND can finish the project quickly, I may select the programmer right away and end this project early. Thank you, and I look forward to working with you soon.
