The problem was that he didn't have enough time to finish the website so I need now to open a new project to contract someone to finish what he started . The good news is that the job is almost done and all I have left are some small changes that I thing a good programer can fix pretty fast . Here is what I will need to be corrected on the website (movsters.com) -I need to be able to add movies to the database manualy using the imdb ID number.There is a option edited in the admin panel but the script for this doesn't work . -Curently any user can post news from his "personal" section.I need admins to have the posibility to choose wich users can post news . The admin will chose the users from the admin panel (it's a phpbb forum admin panel that I will need to be modified for this permision). -I need the news to be stored in a forum section (a thread for every news - the comments made on the news will be stored in those threads and all replies in those threads should apear like a comment to that particular news). -Currently there is a news submision form that any user can use to post movies. The current form only allows to post news related to any of the movies in the database. I will need that the same form to be modified to allow news posters to post news related to different subjects, not only related to the movies in the database.Also when posting news that are not related to a movie in the database I will need a solution for the icon that will show up near the news on the main page.I suggest an icon uploading tool and a dropdown menu in the news posting form to select the desired icon for that particular non-movie related news. -An error that ocurs wher I type the characters " and ' in the text that appears like the site's description .When those characters appear they are folowed by a / character. -Currently when a user is searching for movie that is not in the database, the script searches in the Amazon.com database. There is a imdb searching script(not active) but the last programer didn't have time to make the sincronization between the two scripts so when the two scripts work together they provide separate results adding double results to the site's database .I need a unified search option that will search on imdb and amazon and add to the database only unique results(the same movie only one time) . -there is a "movie year" bug when browsing the movie database. The release year for the majority of the movies is posted wrong but is corrected after refreshing the page with the details of that movie) -On the "Fresh movie posters" section on the main mage, I will need the posters to be changed so they will display links to my affiliate store from allposters.com. The links will be about the same size as the current posters that are displayed there so the only change will be the 3 posters for the html code that I will give you containing that rotating link .
