I would like the site to be more like ModelMayhem.com For example: The newest members photos are not always loading. The shoutouts on the right side of the home page are posting randomly instead of newest first. In the search we need the "located in" drop down to start with "United States" I'd really like for someone to maintain the site on a monthly basis. Please keep in mind we are a startup and on a shoestring budget! Prefer someone in the U.S. that I can chat with on the phone and/or Yahoo IM. Thanks, Rick
