Current project: Updates & changes to: leadership-international-global.org All work to be done in Dreamweaver (using templates when applicable) 1. Update flash fla file & post. See top flash banner on home page above. -(prior changes of this type indicate this is about 1 hr or less.) 2. Improving visual presentation of "8 factor survey" (bottom of page) 3. Creating Thank you for completion page to survey. 4. Process data from 8 factor survey according to provided forumla and create an appealing looking result page in html/php for delivery by email. 5. Feed results from survey into mysql database 6. Create 4 reports from survey data in mysql - o Individual's results o Summary report, selectable by date range o 2 others to be defined 7. Change some homepage navigation: o move the bottom Orange bar to above flash banner, with mouse sensitive, dhtml for drop-down navigation to current links shown at bottom. Additionally, there will be ongoing work estimate to be 10 hrs per month. Skills: Dreamweaver, Flash, mysql database, basic php & javascript. You will need to keep basic time accountability log detailing task focus and time spent. Speak english and available by telephone, with appointment, as well as email. Instant messaging desirable.
