Basically I need a solution where visitor of site will see an ICON saying LIVE HELP click here to chat to a rep, and I will be on the other end. Send proposals and demo links please, I am open to proposals, I do not need anythig complicated, something very simple and easy on the server, but that will detect if I am online or not, and show it on the site. CUSTOMER SERVICE ONLINE/OFFLINE I want it error free installed and incorporated in my pages header fully opperable with instructions on how to use it and source code for me to future modify if needed.
