Netfirms Web Hosting for Small Business

Will require installation and minor modifications to OSCMall script found at
http://www.systemsmanager.net/
Mall will be a motorcycle based website and will need images/logos for it as
well. Here are the specifics of what I need from the install/mod:
Need to have mall admin control all banner ads (each store must display my ads
and/or banners)
Website design must be made with motorcycle images/logos in mind. I will handle
all text after website is set up.
All features of the software must be operational.
I want to feature random store's items on the main mall store page.
Must include report listed on main systemsmanager.net site as stores_report.zip.
Must be able to utilize this report for monthly billing to each store at a
variable rate of monthly sales.

work is started and remainder when site is completed.

After some additional questions, I thought it best to clarify my
exact needs.
Here's what I need in detail:
*I want my banner at the bottom of each page (google ad most likely)
*Their logo to have a space at the top of each page along with the mall's logo
*The ability for them to create their own categories and edit text on the page.
The categories and products should be unlimited.
*Random products and featured stores to rotate on the main mall page
*The ability to charge for their store space based upon a percentage of their
sales. This will need to be flexible enough to change on the fly AND utilize
graduated amounts to charge. For example: a store that sells more than $1,000
per month may have a higher or lower %payment than one with sales of $100 per
month
