Description:	I have a site that uses PHP/MySQL with Smarty. I have a working upload script installed that I use to allow images to be uploaded onto my site. My current script works great except it doesn't have the ability to resize the uploaded images. I need the images resized to my specs and proportionally as well. My current script already creates thumbnails so that function is not necesary. I need all image formats to be able to resize. The code you will be writing needs to be for Imagemagick because that is what is supported from my webhost.
