Description:	I need to change the "TOS" agreement statement of my website to fit what I want it to say, but alas... the tos.php where it's located is encrypted. I can't change the wordings! Can anyone decrypt this PHP file? Does anyone have a software/solution for this? I need your help. I don't like the current TOS statement and would like to change the wordings. Fix it and show me the decrypted file (you can show a screenshot) before I pay... I am attaching the file to decode. Additional Info (Added 12/29/2004 at 20:24 EST)...
