Description:	Looking for someone to install and assist my graphics person in setting up a site simular to ShanghaiExpat.com (only need to know english). The basic open source script that is needed to be installed to setup the site is maxdev.com (maxpro release). I am open though to other premade/out of the box suggestions also. This project will at first be for One script installation & setup and if it is done well and on time/budget it would be expanded to over 200 sites. Since the 200+ sites would pretty much be a exact copy (except change http address/name/logo...) I would require a massive discount on each additional site after the first.
