Description:	I need an EMR and patient portal program , both web based and desktop installable connected to a central server or locally held server. I am not sure if you are familiar with EMR's but it is an Electronic Medical Record program , there seems to be a fair amount of open source code available but we would need to quite a bit of customisation and adjustments to both the look and the functionality.
