Description:	I am looking for someone to create a script that will allow the following: - Admin can create contests and it will appear on the main page of the site. - Users can register and take part in any of the contests. - They will then be able to upload files in their "contest portfolio" which will be apart of the contest they have joined. - I would like the script to use ImageMagick to make the thumbnails etc. - script must also be able to add the top winners of contests and display them on the website. Admin area will allow admin to choose winners. - message board - "latest photo uploaded" feature please leave a pmb with samples of work and any related questions.
