this budget is soft and maxed out at around $4,000.00. If your bid is going to be more you should include information that will justify the expense. I have a variety of Open Sources leads on software that will provide the framework for some features. The ad rotation software is the largest pricing factor I've seen so far and I already have the open source solution for that. I just need a team to integrate it into this project. There are three additional phases that will be built upon this initial request. I'd prefer a team to individuals. If you don't have any reviews on Get A Freelancer yet, I'd like you to include some sites that show the range of your skills. I'd like to site to have a some what original look and not be modulized so PHP is ok but the look of the site must stand on it's own. Along with your bid include the length of time you would assist in the Beta stage of the site. If a contract is agreed upon I will pay 30% up front, 40% once a working demo is provided with all requested features, and 30% once the feel of the site has been completed along with bug free functionality. Here is the basic setup that I'd like for Phae One of the site. Site Site Setup - Guests may browse general content freely - Members must sign up in order to contribute to the site - Require e-mail verification through use of account activation links - one master member log-in for entire site - bot protection through log-in use of "type in this text" along with username and password fields - rotatable ads that can be customized by gender, age, location, interests and follow the search query or page content - easy to update content and layout - Admin Control Panel for each portion of site that can specify cost structures, views, time frames, clicks - I'd like single password admin log-in only to be able to be accessed from specific IP addresses, if not accessed from those IPs must use a triple log-in Main Home Page - clean crisp home page similar to yahoo - searchable by minority group - Specific Group Page - customizable phpbb forums for each group page keeping a count of posts and site points - start page must have consistent layout - each start page must be admin customizable - each start page must be easy to change as far as content - each must be able to show "feature" content - recent articles should be rotate upon each click Sub-Domain Set-Up - msut use member points in order to have access to various parts of site Link Submission - Add Link Ability - ability to add edit and reorganize categories - Forced selection of specified group using checkboxes - One site dollar credit for each link submitted - ability to filter results by specified group - Content Moderator approval required before link appears Article Submission - Submit article capability - ability to show picture with article with picture control in User's Control Panel - forced selection of specified group using checkbox - Five site dollar credit for each article submitted - ability to filter results by specified group -
