Create a consumer to consumer listing service using features like specialclassified.com. (I believe this site is using a script, so if you want to use a script that's fine but use the following requirements) Users must be able to add, modify, and delete ads. User should be create profile with username, password, email address, and forgot password feature.. If user forgets password they can enter their email address and a new password would be emailed to them. User can log in and see all listing posted under their username and make modifications or delete postings. Site should confirm email addresses of person placing ad prior to posting to the website. Site should have an admin control panel to allow admin to delete any ads that may be inappropriate. Admin control panel should have settings to specify the amount of time the ads will stay on the site based on category. Site should allow categories to be added and deleted through the control panel. Site should also allow the admin to switch the placement order of the categories. Each Category should have its own Ad listing requirements that we need to be able to control in the control panel. For example: If we are going to have cars listed, we want to require the ads to have the following fields: Make, Model, Mileage, and Year. Or if we decide to have houses listed, we want the house ads to have the following requirements: City, State, Zip, Age, and Condition. We want to be able to define them! In the listings “description” box, it needs to allow HTML code, so that users can add links. Ads must expire within specified amount of time...time to be specified in the admin control panel. All code must be bug free. I currently have all images for the main page and the layout in HTML which may need to be re coded to work with back end database. Having the design and images should cut down on time to develop. If interested in knowing more please contact me. It will be actually listing products, so the layout should be like this: specialclassified.com. The index page should have a featured auction listings. The right side should have Most Popular Ads which is to be automatically updated. Below that should be an Adsense Box (well blended) The left side should have the Navigation and a Banner Ad section below to allow easy addition of ads. You must upload site to GoDaddy server. Please be aware of their server requirements to make sure you are building a site that can be hosted by GoDaddy. It IS okay to use a script or open source code to develop the site. But I need to have full licenses. Site must be SEO friendly (Title, Meta Tags, Keywords) In addition, we need to have the listing title as the page title. For example, if a users listing title is “ABC Product for sale” the page title needs to reflect that as well. Payment Schedule (All in escrow, you won't receive funds until site is completed) 25% Approval of Design 25% Listing/classified script is installed and functional 25% All pages are on site 20% Site is live, updated and bug free 5 Days after this point, all funds in escrow will be pushed to you 5% Retainage released after 30 days.
