Description:	I need an Adult TGP website built with a paid section. Instead of just a tgp site where any one can submit to, I want a few variations. It will still allow for free submits but they will have to have a recip link and be approved by admin before listing. But a paid member will not need a recip link and will not need to be approved by admin before listing. They will pay a monthly membership for this priviledge. All features need to be adjustable between free and paid submitters. Example: free submit once every 24hours,paid members submit twice, and so on. I will also need all the standard features found on most tgp scripts,blacklist,bot protection, somekind of site checker to make sure the site submitted did not change after submitted and so on.
