Ok, I need a quite medium ad portal or site script, with special high quality
webdesign.
there is going to be a well designed menu. In the front page there is going to
be a top10 or top 5 script with example top5 webhosting companies can be changed
from time to time with ofcourse rating and number of hits.
The website has a main theme its IT GUIDE so when u hit Mobile or PC on the menu
u will be redicted to the mobile section with a simple "top5" mobile sites or PC
companies with my comments number of hits and rating etc.
I also need on the top a bannerrotation script.
its very important for me to have a special quality design and ofcourse it have
to be easy to manage all the parts of the site.
Im not in a hurry, i only want the perfect man for this job. if possible to give
other url to projects you have done, makes it easier for me to decide.

i was thinking of the same font and graphical theme as this site:

here is a site to with almost same theme

but the design is difficult ofcourse as it different content. but i think the
layout is like habbo but i will explain more now.
i hope u will understand the main idea of my site.
the site name is going to be toppz, the idea behind this is to rank for example
the tophosting companies i sweden. and for example under the Computer menu i
want to rank topcomputer sellers, and under the Mobile menu i want to rank all
mobile sellers and so on. but on the main page i want a big featured rank
system,
maybe similiar to this:

but ofcourse smaller to fit in the middle. and on the side menus like
Computer,webbhosting,Mobile etc the rank system will be little smaller.
on the right side i want a place where i can put ads mostly text ads like get a
free DVD when u register, and so on similiar to the right side on:
http://www.habbohotel.se/habbo/sv/
but different design and devided and easy to administrate(add\remove etc).
on the left side i want the menu and below sign on newsletter and space for ads.

high quality logo and graphic design is very very important. it have to be very
easy to administrate and manage the site due to my limited programming
knowledge.
menus will contain: Computer,DVD,Electronics,Financial,Mobile,Music,Free stuff,
etc
the idea is that this site is going to be the only in this country with rank
system in every cathegory.
Once more i have to say that i want it very easy to administrate.
Im not in a hurry, but i only want the right man to get the job as i need
quality.
