Description:	We have a script coded in PHP that we require modified to get data from our mySQL database. The attached scope details all the work that needs to be done. The script can be coded in PHP or if you prefer as a SQL stored procedure. This task should take about 3-4 days of work, however should be fairly straight forward project.
