to be able to be filled by keying in the information on line. It needs to be able to restrict some fields and to set up a built in calendar to restrict holidays, and weekends. It will also need to restrict certain fields from being able to enter certain numerical scores. The script would also need to be restricted before submitting. It needs to have some type of system that restricts the form from being submitted until all of the fields are filled in. Every field has to have something entered in it in order for it to be submitted. It is a very simple task that would save me a lot of time and energy and paper work if I could get this script written and set up immediately. I look forward to hearing from someone soon. The software that I think should be used for this script would include; Java Script, Access, and Outlook, possibly.
