I am looking to create a web based software or just website that will have all the tools necessary for Real Estate Investors. The first thing would be the ability to pull pre-foreclosure data on a daily basis and have 20 or more fields with all details. 2nd the investor would than go ahead and choose the "leads" he liked the most and start a marketing campaign by either choosing a let's say 7 day mailer or upload it to a fulfillment center for postcards. Meanwhile this whole back-office would be a CRM for the investor and I want to offer websites to the investors so they have a web presence. That said inside of the same back-office they will have tabs like "sellers", "buyers" and so on (leads captured from their site) and the ability to edit their website. Once they have a seller they would input the property info into the back-office, submit to short sale, post it as an active listing on their site and I would like to offer them the ability to at a click of the mouse button submit to a listing syndication (if that's what you call it, but like vflyer.com). It does not end here, I have a lot more tools to integrate in this powerful back-office or web based software. Please let me know if this is something you can do and feel free to ask questions. So, I want all in one "Website": Foreclosure data with all the details bells and whistles(look at some of the fields above), CRM solution, marketing campaings to prospects in foreclosure, than once a homeowner agrees in selling the property the investor can do marketing to home buyer propects(to all diferent marketplaces like classifiedflyerads.com), short sale submission and tracking system (input all data necessary and order/send short sale request, and then ability to check status 24/7, so we should provide access to a limited page where the "short Sale negotiator" can login, retrieve info and update status), in this package the investor will also have a website (their very own web presence) and should be able to control the website (setup, lead capture,...). Other things that we could add would be: ability to order marketing supplies, look for contractors (maybe integrate reliableremodeler.com - they offer that option), order appraisal, order title, submit loan application. *All forms used in this site should always autopopulate. By the way, what is the timeframe for a project like this? How much $$$? PS: I might have to get the data from Realtytrac.com, any suggestions on where to get the data from?
