I'm looking to start up a entertainment website with pretty much things. It will be all based on Videos ( like at nothingtoxic.com ) and from picture galleries ( like www.spoki.lv ) There will be also needed an referral and earning system implanted ( there will be paid for every signup -site's virtual money what can be later converted to real by rates. every picture gallery/video view to which the following member have brought visitors, and also in forum for every post and for every referral post there will be a earnings for them! Also will be needed a member area and administration area where I can menage everything and content adding system, and advertising system on website. Also about forum part - it won't be on main website but when user login at his account on main page then he will be re-directed to forum.domain.com where on right side will be a forum ( and if a user is loged in then also on left side his earning stats and links from which he can view his stats ,edit profile and where he can see his referrals and how much he have earned virtual money for every month. Also a converting system which at end of month I can place how much one virtual $ is worth in real $ and a cashout system. I have a budget of $1000 ( don't bid more) and if you can make also a simple design then I can raise it to $1200 . Full details will be told after I choose the winner! And also there may be required to sign NDA. All needs to be done in PHP and in top quilty also I need it to be done in no more than 20days! Next:  Nervousguy -
