Hi

We require a software that can download emails from our server directly into the
software and from each email it will extract customer details to create an
automatic Invoice for us to print.

All emails received will be in the same format except for the customer details
and products purchased.

It will extract the following information from the email.

1. Name
2. Address
3. Product Name
4. Product Code
5. Total price

The software should be able to have the following features too.

1. Able to back up all information

2. A customer area where it extracted all fields from email and stored into
system

3. A search area by name date etc.

4. It generates a customer number for each invoice it creates for reference


The software should be easy to use and be able to install on Windows.

Also it would be nice if you can make the software with graphical icons so it
looks good and not dull to use.

I don't mind what software you use as long as it is reliable and fast.

I have a Linux hosting account so this software can be used online or as a
desktop application. Whichever you feel is better to use.

I have attached a demo invoice so that you get an idea… This is not the actual
invoice and it would be changed once the projects get going.

Please no timewasters.

us.
