Description:	We are seeking a systems architect to help us design a low-latency, high-availability and high-load web server system. Network latency between the user's browser and the web server must be minimized and we are seeking a consultant to propose architectures to meet this goal. After a design is accepted, we will hire the consultant to develop and deploy it. The deliverable for this project will be a high-level architecture design that identifies technologies, illustrates the network architecture and provides and example sequence diagram. It should be a 1-2 page document. When responding, please tell us about your experience in designing web server systems, specifically your experience in achieving low network latency between the user's browser and the web server. We will provide more information on PMB to consultants who have the required experience.
