Description:
We have a social community that we would like to be built with CakePHP. The
community is centered around research document sharing where people can upload
different types of research and in turn, receive credits to download documents
from other users. There are all sorts of features (rating, flagging, reviews,
etc) within the system to ensure quality and traction within the community. We
can't get into the full details until you're hired but we need someone that is
strongly skilled in CakePHP, Javascript (mootools/jquery), and AJAX. There will
be a lot of complex interfaces that you would have to build.

You will always receive detailed wireframes, instructions, and mockups for the
project so you don't have to be very graphically skilled. Strong communication
skills is a must. You must be very familiar with Cake or RoR to apply.

Tenemos una comunidad social que queremos que se construya con CakePHP. La
comunidad se trata de el reparto de documentos de investigación, en la
cual el usuario puede cargar varios tipos diferentes de investigación y
como resultado, recibir créditos para bajar los documentos de otros
usuarios. Existen varias otras funciones (evaluación,
"flagging", etc.) dentro del sistema para asegurar la calidad y
tracción en la comunidad. No podemos revelar todos los detalles antes de
contratar a alguien, pero necesitamos a una persona muy diestra en CakePHP,
Javascript (mootools-jquery), y AJAX. Habrán muchas interfaces complejas
que tendrás que construir.

Siempre recibirás los wireframes detallados, instrucciones, y las
maquetas para el proyecto así que no tienes que ser muy diestro en el
diseño gráfico. Es absolutamente necesario que el desarrollador
sea una persona que se comunica bien y que sea muy familiarizada con Cake o RoR.
