Description:	I am looking for a Ruby on Rails and Flash developer that can code six (6) attractive forms in Flash and have the forms post to a MySQL DB. The forms will be for user registration and login/password recovery. Capture and upload a photo of the user from an attached webcam. Ajax will be needed for the obvious fields on the forms. The back-end will manage admins, registered users and data entry. Manual upload of a user's picture into their profile. Ideally, you can handle both the front-end Flash development and the back-end RubyOnRails development. Source and FLAs will be provided at project completion.
