I am looking to create a Restaurant Promotion System that provides the following basic capabilities. Restaurant Owners should be able to signup for a standard listing and make payment by paypal should be able to request advanced listing with video playback should be able to request semi custom listing should be able to define coupons either by entering description or selecting from previously entered descriptions. should be able to login at any time and change their menus Basic Listings should contain check boxes for type of food, price range, location in city, and several other categories of information. All options should be DB driven. should include the restaurant bio, PDF menu, location (mappable on Google maps), a series of photos up-loadable. Advanced Listings should have all Basic listing items should be able to display one or more videos should have a method of indicating the number of impressions as a highlighted restaurant. Custom Listing should have all Advanced listing items should provide a semi custom (template based with CSS customization) private website for the Restaurant Unregistered Visitors should be able to find a restaurant by cuisine or location. should be able to view and print a coupon for a selected restaurant. Registered Users should have all item from Unregistered Visitors should be able to keep track of their purchases through a loyalty program should be ale to register one or more credit card numbers and are kept encrypted General All pages must be search engine friendly with relevant tags for every page Open to platform but would prefer RubyonRails or Joomla.
