This project is to create site to trade mobile phones. A detailed written

Aditional functional / non functional requirements are as follows:
Technology:

1. Application should be written using Ajax-PHP or Ruby On Rail and must use a
solid Content management System.
2. MySQL will be the database of choice. At the beginning of the project, proper
database design / data model must be supplied
3. The site will reflect a clean web 2.0 design. You must supply a visual
representation of the site at the beginning of the project.
Additional Requirements:
------------------------
1. Support for English / French / Spanish language
2. Ability to support advertisement (Both on-site and in Email)
3. A proper admin console to manage user etc
4. Proper Database design for high volume / traffic
5. SEO optimization
6. Be able to integrate with Paypal / Google Pay / Credit Card
7. Ability to properly SIZE and WATER MARK images on the fly and display on the
web
8. Ability to generate Email notification based on user's preference / schedule
