Description:

I need an expert with vast experience on social networking, social marketing and
group building
to interact, motivate and generate discussions, blogs and activities within my
social (site).
Your mission is to add friends to your account and encourage your friends to
interact and get
active within the community and keep returning to the site. Confidentiality is
a MUST!!!

IMPORTANT: This is not a link building or SEO project! Your work will be
executed within my
social network site and with my members. Again, your job is to keep my members
active and
returning to the site again and again to participate in blogs, comments and
other activities!

Tasks

* Open an account and study the site's features, tools and services.
* Grow a friends list within the community.
* Interact, post comments, post videos, chat and send PM to your friends.
* Offer help and advice to your friends.
* Promote the site's services and tools (indirectly) acting as a satisfied
user.
* Encourage members to participate in Blogs, Discussions, Comments Or Surfing.
* Be available to invest daily time within the community (site) networking.
* Spend at least 10 hours weekly sharing and interacting (hanging out) in the
site.
* Encourage friends/followers to make new referrals.
* Create fun activities and meetings for your friends/followers.
* Have initiative and find ways to better put in work or maximize tools and
functions.
* Spread excitement and interest throughout the network (site).
* Report weekly about your work, achievements.
* Be friendly and dynamic without being, spammy, invasive, pushy or harassing.
* Advice, critique and give ideas to admin. for improvements to the site, tools
and features.

Your performance will be measured accordingly to time, effort, group
development,
increase in user time (visit time) and increase in user tools and feature
usage.
You will be tested the first month and if we are happy with your performance we
can get to a long term agreement.
