I'm looking to have a script programmed that will take plain .TXT files and post
them to a blog automatically, preferrably WordPress.
There is an example of what I'm looking for here:

The above example is written in PYTHON, I do not care what you program this in
just as long as it works. It should function just as the above example does
however there are a few things I would like it to do in addition to this.
1.) I would like this to work for WordPress blogs. If it is found to not be
possible then MovableType will be ok but I prefer WordPress.
2.) I would like to be able to set a minimum and maximum number of posts per day
and have the program randomly select how many posts to make from this range.
3.) After it makes a post I want it to delete the TXT file that it used to
create the post.
4.) It should be able to take html links within the TXT file and convert them
into actually live links in the post (this may be a function of
WordPress/MovableType itself)
I think this project is very straight forward but if there are any questions
please ask so that you are sure you know exactly what I want.

Also, I would prefer if this does not require a CRONJOB to run automatically day
in and day out.
If you post a bid, please include details on how you propose to write and
construct the script for this project. This will help me know that you have a
