I am looking for a good stable programmer from Eastern Europe with a low
hourly rate.
I would like to hire your for full time as outsourcer for the next 12 months,
under the following conditions :
1) You sign our NDA
2) You don't have any other buyers (I need your full attention)
3) you have chat and are online (Yahoo, ICQ, MSN)
4) You accept payment by either GAF or Paypal
5) You know your Python and MY-Sql on both Windows and Linux, you know sockets,
inheritance, html, javascript, Python HTTPServer.
6) You work fast and efficient
7) All work will be given as small projects with a clear specification, you will
make a max time estimate that we will accept, and you will start working.
8) Every time a small project is delivered and approved you will get paid.
9) We will have several parallel outstanding projects at the same time with you
so that you will not be idle while we approve one project.
10) you will get the first project specification when the NDA is signed.
11) Your bid here on getafreelancer must be your hourly rate
12) You must include a detailed resume of your skills within Python and resent
project experiences.
13) We will evaluate your performance and skills on a regular basis, and give
you ample warning if we think that you of track.
14) You will have to code according to our programming rules.
Since GAF cannot accept very low bids, pleace make your Bid for the first 10
hours of work. (hourly rate x 10)
