finished and fixed. I need updates done to the program and support would be
nice. What I have is a 90% complete system.
Deliverables : All files and code are to be delivered to me. I retain all rights
to the program and source code.
Ownership : 100% Rights & Ownership remain mine.

Update Date under Help/About to a current date of release. Date shall be set to
two weeks ahead in time of final payment. In other words, if I make finale

Fix the �check for updates� link under the Help command. New link should
point to an updates.php page on my server

non editable popup window for the user.
Update the �copyright� under the Help/About option to �Copyright 2007
