Description:

I need a forum bot that is a winstock program that can register at vBulletin
forums, confirm the email address, gather up all the forum members into a list
except the "forum leaders" such as "moderators" and send a pm message to them.
1. It should have the ability to send pms to 5 users at a time (unless the forum
only lets you send 4, 3, 2 ,1)
2. It should have the ability to dectect how long to wait before sending another
pm. Most forums have a 30 second wait time, some have 60 seconds.

3. The bot should work with both vBulletin and phpbb and forums.
4. It needs to work with windows xp and windows vista
5. Program needs to have security feature so users need a unique "unlock code"
to access the program so that warez people can't use it.
6. Bot should be able to work on more than one forum at once,
7. I am looking for a long term relationship so that after project is over I
will pay for future updates.
