Will have to be spanned over 4 - 5 cds and will require a full install becuase there are over 500 audio and 200 + video files...Interface will have to be nice and smooth...We do have a prototype already in Flash...Our past developer could not finish it due to personal reasons..We will need you to take his code and add the functionalities missing...You will NOT have to build from scratch...Programmer should also be a good graphic designer or have a graphic designer for the main interface...Only 2 - 5 screens need to be developed...Should be motivated and ready to submit and meet deadlines..ONLY 5 - 10% will be given in advance...NO MORE...
