Description:	I need a simple class framework with a well defined interface for dealing with e-currencies such as e-gold, intgold, e-bullion, and netpay. The initial draft (this project) will include the interface class, and the e-gold implementation of this interface. Along with this should be a generic CGI script that makes use of the e-gold implementation to ask a user for the amount they wish to spend, generate a database entry with a unique transaction id then send the user over to e-gold to process the payment. On return, the database entry should reflect a completed payment and lock the transaction to avoid any potential double postings. This must be done entirly in Python 2.3.4 or 2.4.
