Why? Because we are looking to hire software developers who live in any of these countries. Therefore, we would like to advertise on the three most popular websites they normally use when looking for jobs. Assuming there is no redundancy (assuming that no websites are used by more that one country), that would be 24 websites (8 de facto countries * 3 websites for each de facto country). However, there will likely be redundancy (overlap). Therefore, we expect you will probably provide us with 12-18 URLs (websites).
