I have an application developed in PHP and a complete design created in Photoshop. I want to integrate the design into the application. I want a company who can set up the integrate the Design directly into the application. It must look perfect. The pages will probably need to be set up in XHMTL and CSS first, tested in I.E, Firefox and Safari. Then integrated into the application. The application is built in PHP and uses a MYSQL database. The app may require some debugging once the design has been integrated into the application.
