Im looking to build a long-term relationship with a professional, articulate and customer-service oriented individual (not a company) that is also looking for a long term opportunity. To start, this job would take 3-6 hours per day Monday-Friday and a short day on Saturday (1-3 hours) Your tasks will include: - Monitoring for incoming requests, queries, messages from clients on in progress projects. - Responding to all customer inquiries for ongoing projects. - Maintaining a schedule for all developers, including programmers and web designers - Delegate and assign tasks related to projects including new tasks, maintenance, support issues. - Manage quote requests from customers, work with management to obtain pricing In general, you would be the project manager, and handle all communications for customers that have a project in progress, manage the schedule of programmers for tasks, maintenance and other requests and communicate with management as required. Your professionalism, attention to detail and organization skills are an absolute must. You will be required to communicate with customers via our project space, email and IM as required for project updates. A background in project or general management is must. Programming and/or web development background is a plus as well. We are looking for someone who will be able to articulate tasks well in 'tech speak' to the technicians, but also knows how to communicate with customers in non-tech speak. Your schedule would require 1-3 hours before our work day 10 AM GMT+3, to retrieve messages, delegate tasks and reply to customers, then again from 4 PM GMT+3 for 1-3 hours to update customers on completed work of that day and communicate with customers as required via IM. Again - individuals only should bid that can provide dedication to this work and are looking for a long-term opportunity. Looking to start asap!
