to come. Please read this post carefully as we have come across too many individuals that have not been able to meet the simplest of requirements and we cannot waste any more time. Before you even decide to accept this project, you must be able to meet the following: 1) Strict and Quick Deadlines 2) Organization - you must be able to organize you work 3) Creativity and Style - If you cannot keep with the style of the site, do not bother bidding 4) Innovation and Quick Thinking - you must be able to problem solve and be task oriented. You must also be the type of person who if he/she is lacking something or thinks of a good idea to add in, you should act on it...or at least suggest it. 5) Judgment - use your judgment about whether or not something is missing or belongs 6) Reasoning & Logic - be logical in how things should work...this needs to be user friendly Now...onto the project. The average price quote for this has been $500 (1 week deadline). If you can meet this price, great. If you can do better, it will be greatly appreciated and not forgotten (as mentioned before, you will be taken on as one of our main outsourcers...receiving many, many of our high paying projects). The project consists of a [2 level] membership based site with ecommerce and forum area for mortgage brokers. Brokers will be able to purchase county areas (price based off of provided state and county population - see attached CSV, as well as the option for site admin to set specific pricing and county breakdown) and then create profile page updating their information for users to see. Users must create user accounts (for free) to view this information...searched out via a map on the home page. There will also be forums where people (brokers and users) can post and interact. Ecommerce will consist of initial purchase pricing and monthly recurring billing. There will also be a need for an admin area for our site administrators. Please view the attached document to learn more about specifics of this project. We have a rough build together already (we do not know if the work is usable as it is choppy), but this can be seen at www.brokerbuzz.com/testsite This projec twill require continuous work and development, so you will always have a job on it with payments for you additional work (and don't forget about the other projects we give you). Once again, please realize we already have quotes around $500 from other freelancer sites, but we have not taken any of these on as of yet. Now's your chance!!
