Description:	I am looking for a Joomla expert to create a template that is cloned to look like www.newsvine.com. My site is a content driven news site for consumers in the gourmet food and housewares market (www.thegourmetpost.com). I'd like to implement the standard advertising units in the layout. For example: Leaderboard (728x90 banner) within the header, Medium Rectangle (300x250) mixed in with the editorial, Skyscraper (120x600) alongside editorial content on specific pages, etc. This person will also create user zones/modules which will allow me and my editors to upload, edit, and remove content to specific areas of the site. A template that allows the addition and removal of specific categories and subcatagories would be great as well. I'd very much like article pages to mimick this layout from newsvine.com: http://www.newsvine.com/_news/2007/05/25/740020-ahern-poised-to-extend-run-as-irish-pm. PLEASE NOTE: ONLY the site layout SHOULD mimick newsvine.com not it's functionality (i.e. drag & drop feature of news boxes, etc.). I will go further in depth with my project expectataions and can iron out details upon choosing the right candidate. I'm looking for a reliable and professional individual ONLY. This is one of many Joomla CMS based projects that I have in the works and I'd certainly be a repeat customer if satisfied. Examples of previous works would be much appreciated. Please do not send me links to your "work" if the links you send to me are of ready-made templates that were edited by you (i.e. TemplateMonster, Rocket Theme, etc.), for that I'd either do the project myself or would have a much smaller budget for this project.
