Description:	We need to convert our PSD into a Joomla template. CSS should include basic fonts and layers. There will be 4 module positions that include: Left Side Menu (Orange Area), Main Content Area (White Area), Top Module (Green Area), Bottom Module (Pink Area). The selected provider will be required to ensure the solution is fully compatible with IE and FF. Bidders should have good experience converting PSD's to Joomla and working with PHP and scripts.
