soon as possible I have a basic html page website that the flash header/nav has already been created for. The html page needs small design changes to make it look more like a .psd mockup. Then the content which has been mocked up in .psd needs to be translated into html.Essentially I need to be able to change the text and pictures on the pages in the future. There will be some design elements i would like to have help with on some of the pages that are already working. 1. I have a basic html page that needs small design changes to it: a. Make the background of the page graduated like the mockup here. http://www.itroadmap.com/xebec2/home.html b. A lighter color blue bar at the bottom where the navigation is now but that goes all the way across. i.e the section that has the copyright also would be the lighter blue, (see mock up link above) 2. make .psd work as HTML 3.
