I am looking for someone that can convert the PSD files I provide into html / CSS. The css conversions are going to be programmed to(php/mysql). This is a long term partnership that I seek. I only want experts at css. The PSD's I give you must be 100% converted. I don't want to have to change anything because you can't do it with the CSS conversions. The most important thing is that the Programmer doesn't get any problems with programming. Here is what I expect from the winning bidder: 1. W3C Valid XHTML 1.0. 2. Strict Table-less CSS markup under SEO Semantic Coding. 3. Complete Presentational Separation techniques. I want the stylesheets to be easy for to modify so identify it with this purpose in mind. 4. Pay Special attention to Load Speed optimization. 5. you have to 1 week time ;) 6. Communicate via email & a messenger like skype,msn or yahoo 7. Since this will be a long term partnership where you will get constant business from, you must work with me to finalize any small changes on the original conversion. (not complete changes of course, just small modifications until first completion if necessary). 8. ALL PSD CONVERSIONS MUST BE COMPATIBLE WITH INTERNET EXPLORER, FIRFOX, OPERA, AND SAFARI.
